Orders $120 or over: FREE Shipping
$0 to $119: $12 FLAT RATE Shipping (All of our orders ship expedited at no extra cost to customers. The $12 flat rate is a standard shipping rate, but your order ships expedited.)
Please note: We do not package and ship orders on weekends, holidays, or outside of regular business hours (M-F, 9-5)
For local Squamish orders: If you'd like to pick up, you may use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to remove shipping fee. We will contact you to arrange a pick up time.
USA
Orders $200 or over FREE Shipping
$0 to $199 Expedited Shipping - $20
Note we do not cover international customs fees, duties, or taxes
Shipping policy: We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We package and ship every parcel with extreme care and provide the tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
If an order is returned due to a customer error on the shipping address, the customer will be charged shipping costs to resend.
Please note: Some US orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, purchases are non-refundable. Extreme care is put into packaging products for shipping. However, if shipped products arrive damaged, please email using the contact form within ten (10) days of receiving the package with photos of the damage and a replacement will be mailed out at no charge.
