Orders ship via Canada Post or courier. We pack orders in the order they are received.
$0 to $149.99: $16 FLAT RATE Shipping (All of our orders ship expedited at no extra cost to customers. The $16 flat rate is a standard shipping rate, but your order ships expedited.)
Potential Canada Post Strike Information:
We are currently shipping via courier (UPS, FedEx and Purolator) due to the potential Canada Post strike. PO boxes are not accepted by courier. If you have a PO Box address, please use an alternate shipping address at this time. If you provide a PO box address, we will automatically ship with Canada Post.
*Skwalwen Botanicals is not responsible for orders stuck in transit with Canada Post in the event of a strike.
Pickup: If you'd like to pick up in Squamish BC, you may use the code: SQUAMISHPICKUP at checkout We are located at 37756 3rd Ave in Squamish BC. Pickup is offered M-F 9:30-4:30pm. Please pickup once you receive a fulfillment email.
*Please note, if the SQUAMISHPICKUP code is used for an order that requires shipping, you will be invoiced a flat rate of $14 plus GST

Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We package and ship every parcel with extreme care and provide the tracking number with your shipping confirmation.
If an order is returned due to a customer error on the shipping address, the customer will be charged shipping costs to resend.
Some US orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
We do not package and ship orders on weekends, holidays, or outside of regular business hours (M-F, 9-5)

RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable. Extreme care is put into packaging products for shipping. However, if shipped products arrive damaged, please email using the contact form within ten (10) days of receiving the package with photos of the damage and a replacement will be mailed out at no charge.
