Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we ship for free within Canada for orders $120+

What is flat rate shipping under $120?

We offer a flat rate of $15 anywhere in Canada for orders $0–$119.99

What carriers do you ship with?

We ship all orders through Canada Post and UPS. All Canadian orders ship expedited at no extra cost.

What are your shipping policies?
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
  • Tracking information is provided with your shipping confirmation.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the parcel.

Squamish Pickup

Do you offer pickup at your Squamish store?

Free local pickup is available at 37756 3rd Ave, Squamish, BC

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–4:30pm.

Saturday pickup may be arranged by request — please call or email us in advance. Please wait until you receive your fulfillment email before coming to pick up your order.

If Squamish Pickup is selected for an order that requires shipping, a $15 invoice will be sent before the order is shipped.

How do I choose Squamish Pickup?

At checkout, you can choose to "ship" or "pickup" your order. Please choose pickup and we will let you know when your order is ready.

Shipping to the U.S

Do you offer free shipping to the U.S?

Yes, US shipping is now available. We offer free shipping on orders $200+. This includes tariffs.

What is flat rate shipping under $200?

We offer a flat rate of $20 anywhere in the U.S for orders $0–$199.99. This includes tariffs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Orders ship once per week (every Friday), and most customers receive their parcel within approximately 10-14 business days after shipment.
  • During busy seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.
Will there be customs, duties & tariffs?
  • All U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the shipping cost shown at checkout, and you should not be charged additional duties on delivery under normal circumstances.
  • We carefully monitor customs and duty charges on U.S. orders to ensure this shipping option remains sustainable.
  • In rare cases, customs or duty assessments may be significantly higher than expected. If an unusually high charge occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before proceeding and, if necessary, decline or cancel the order with a full refund.
Are your products CUSMA certified?

Canada is the country of origin of our products. Under the Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), our goods qualify as tariff-exempt.

A Certificate of Origin is provided to UPS for all US shipments in accordance with CUSMA requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At Skwalwen, every product is thoughtfully crafted in small batches using high-quality, plant-based ingredients. Due to the natural and hand-made nature of our skincare, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Our policy is in place to:

  • Ensure product safety — Once a product leaves our studio, we cannot guarantee it has remained unopened or uncontaminated.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene standards — Skincare is personal, and we prioritize the integrity of every jar and bottle we ship.
  • Reduce unnecessary waste — Returned skincare products cannot be restocked or resold. 

For these reasons, all purchases are considered final sale.We understand that purchasing skincare online can feel uncertain. We’re here to help. We encourage you to read ingredient lists and product descriptions carefully.If you’re unsure which product is right for you, please reach out before ordering.You’re always welcome to email us at hello@skwalwen.com with questions about your skin or product recommendations.

All promotional items, discounted products, sample sizes, subscription orders, and orders that include a gift with purchase are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Do you offer credits for certain cases?

In certain circumstances, we may offer a one-time exchange for store credit at our discretion.

If approved:

  • The product must be gently used.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are eligible once per order.

My products arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Please email us at hello@skwalwen.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement. We cannot process replacements without photo documentation.

I purchased my products at a third-party retailer and I want to return it.

If you purchased Skwalwen products from one of our retail partners, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy, as we are unable to process returns or exchanges for items not purchased through skwalwen.com.
