Nettle & Arnica Salve

I recently had multiple biopsies in a single area leaving extensive and very vivid bruising. A few applications a day of this balm in the first few days of healing has improved swelling and the darkness of the bruising a significant amount . I’m healing faster than i was told to expect.

I use these salves at night and they're absolutely amazing. My legs feel so much more limber in the mornings. They don't have a strong scent either, which is nice. Great option for those who like the efficiency of tiger balm or other similar things but would prefer something without an invasive scent.

This seriously has moved into my top 3 must have on my person for my chronic Lyme pain management salves. Stumbled on a tester in a BC store & in minutes I knew I was going home with a tin. There’s a very light smell but it didn’t bother my migraine & my hand I tested it on was suddenly moving better! Now I use it as it is in the tin or with extra Japanese mint oil dropped into my hand before applying, if more targeted for migraine management on my neck & shoulders.

Truly, I’ve found it effective for when I’m moving around at home (doing regular life stuff that unfortunately challenges the body still too much these days), driving (for any length of time to keep my neck, shoulders & arms at a lower flare up level) or even when trying to do more activity & I’m trying to catch the pain before it gets too high. It is especially effective with my hands, knees & neck but even use it on my feet when they’re swelling horribly bad - from winter cement shooting pain &/or migraine symptom issues of painful pins & needles.

if there’s a tin that’s larger or a discount for returning these smaller tins to get me supply, please let me know. I can go through 2 of these in 6 months of winter (being really selective on when I’m using it) but I limit my use in summer as it becomes quite high of a cost to get it in AB (even directly at the Organic store). Knowing this, I’ll be stocking up before I leave BC this spring ;)

I have struggled with pain due to a spinal disorder most of my life. I have used many products with arnica and know that my body responds well to it. I had already tried the Shkwen salve with amazing results for my joint pain so decided to give this a try too.
I had been dealing with a severe muscle spasm for about a week and the minute I rubbed this salve in the pain melted away. I was nearly in tears from the relief.
To me, the balance of nettle and arnica in this formulation is absolutely perfect.
I carry both salves with me wherever I go now. I was happy to share some with an elder who had sore hands the other day and he felt better immediately too.
