I live rough and have few luxuries. My body is not fond of most soaps, lotions or creams. I make a few good salves for cuts and bites, and protection from the wind and cold, and use bear grease for a few things. And these are all really good, and helpful. I bought the 3 pack of salves based on a recommendation from a friend. I have chronic sore lower back muscles and a friend shared a salve she made that had devils club and I had never heard of it. It really helped relieve muscle pain in my lower back and also my neck.
